SGB Finance S.A. is a finance institution incorporated under French law with its registered office at 69 Avenue de Flandre, 59700 Marcq-en-Barœul, France, and is a subsidiary of CGL (part of the Société Générale Group) and the Bénéteau Group. General Yachting & Leisure Finance Ltd (GY&LF) is a yacht finance brokerage company incorporated under the laws of England and a wholly owned subsidiary of CGL. 

 

 

 

Our partnership with the Bénéteau Group allows us to offer marine financing solutions through some 250 distributors in France and Europe. We are one of the leaders of pleasure yacht financing in France (both sail and power yachts) and are presently developing our business in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, and the UK.
